Admin Panel Display Issues

I am having some issues with the way Hikashop looks on the backend. It was good for the past 4 months or so, and I logged in yesterday to add new products and make some changes, and it is all screwed up (both the main control panel page, and Hikashop).

I have lost all of my icons for the control panel page, as you can see in the 3rd picture. And everything in Hikashop has been shrunk down to tiny icons and jammed up against the left side of the screen. Whenever I click into a menu item (products for example), I have to scroll down the page to the bottom to see any of my options. And when adding a new product, the 'save', 'cancel', 'save and close', and other such options are also very small and compressed.

I figured I would start here to see if there is anything people here can think of. From what I can see, it is only Hikashop that is doing this, all of the other components and pages are just fine. With the exception of the main control panel as well.
