Documentation on Canada Post Shipping

How i Wish there was a much more precise documentation about the Canada post Shipping Plugin. I cant seem to get it to work after adding my saleonline ID. Are we supposed to add something extra somewhere? They talk about SOAP and REST which is not referenced here! Is it already encoded into the plugin code?

Also, Hikashop is not listed on www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mc/business/produc...lopers/providers.jsf . Does that mean it not supported?

Hi,

You need to add the weight and dimensions to your products of course and in the plugin options, you need to fill the information of your warehouse on top of the merchant id That's all.
Normally, you should get an error message on the checkout if you don't see the canada post fees.

HikaShop is not listed there because we never asked to be. It doesn't mean that it is not supported.

Ok, then can you look at these screenshots and help figure-out what i am doing wrong!! Non of your documentation is really helpful!! I have wasted lots of time with it.

You settings look fine.
Disable the manual shipping method. That way you will see the error of the canada post plugin telling you why it can't get the canada post shipping methods on the checkout.
