Error After Upgrading from Joom 2.5.17 to Joom 3.2

After upgrading from Joomla 2.5.17 to Joomla 3.2.1
My user control panel icons went funny. see attached.
I am not sure what might have caused this.
I have checked and the images are still in the same location.
Please help.

Can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it, and test it again ?

I am using version 2.2.3 which according to my control panel is the latest stable version of hikashop.
Is there any other versions?
If there is how can I download it?
