Hi there,

Is there any way to get hikashop to work without hiccups when template caching is enabled? I know this is a much debated question and everyone has different templates etc, but am not 100% sure of what I should do (JOTCache has been recommended).

The problem I have is with the hikashop cart, as template caching causes various problems where my template is concerned. You often get to checkout and only one of your products is displayed when you ordered 3, or the wrong products are in your cart etc. Turn off template caching and everything works perfectly. The problem is load time for my website is sometimes very slow and template caching really helps.

If you have any ideas (where I can keep template cache turned on) then feel free to shout back!

All the best.

Hi,

We can't do anything if the template is caching the pages and do not let HikaShop have a dynamic content.
If they cache the page and do not call HikaShop when an HikaShop page should be process, I really don't know what we can do.
