Category / Products gives a 404 in backend

-- HikaShop version -- : Starter 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.1 Stable
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.3-1ubuntu2.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome (last version)

Hi all,

I am using hikashop for 1 year, recently I have done an upgrade of my apache from 2.1 to 2.4.6. I do not know if it is linked.

Joomla is perfectly working, hikashop home control panel is working.
But if I go to product / category / Users I got a 404
(Everything in System / Discount / characteristic / are working)

In my apache error log I can find this
[Thu Feb 06 02:17:43.250249 2014] [core:notice] [pid 28295] AH00051: child pid 28764 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /etc/apache2

I got the same issue with SEF Enabled or Disabled..

Do you have an idea of what it could be?

(I could give you a login/passwd for a tempUser by mp if you want )

one link with a product list on the frontend: (with debug)

( index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=product&layout=listing ) default category is "Product" but the popup with the category selection is freezing
