-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- google, firefox--latest versions

Hi,

I have 2 questions. How can I activate the email (see attachment) to automatically be sent? And is there a way to send either this email or an email that has the order on it to the person that is going to be shipping it?

Hi,

1. There is already such notification email which is sent when the order is created/confirmed. There is nothing to activate for that.
If you don't receive these emails, it means that either your joomla configuration email settings are not correct or that the hikashop configuration email settings are not correct.

Hi Bob,

It's related to Joomla so check the main configuration (System>Global Configuration>Server).
The issue might come from your server.
