Product category not displaying products

Hi there,

I am very upset in that, I've just renewed my subscription and updated my Hikashop software to the latest version (Hikashop 2.30), and now my Hikashop pages are not working as it is not displaying the category and products pages which contains products and contents within them.

If you browse through my website and go to 'Shop By Category' section along the left hand side of the site, you can see for yourself.

Please advise me on what I can do or even better... you can do something to rectify the problem..

I have re-installed the the old version of the Hikashop and there seem to be ok. I think it must be the new version that is having faults.

How then can I update to the latest version and not encounter such error when updating it??

Are you able to help me install it to my site?

Hi Chris,

There might be few error in the last release, but we don't encounter it on our test website.
So what you have to do is to enable the error reporting and give us the error message or a link to the page where the problem occurs (with the debugging enabled). Thus we'll be able to see and fix the problem.

It looks like something is missing in one of our core file.
Please replace image.php in administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/ by the file attached.
There must be a problem with the rights in your folder that could explain why this file hasn't been updated.
