Order Creation email to admin

When user place some order they receive order creation email. How can I change it to send the same email to admin(or particular email) as well.

Via the menu System > Emails, you can edit the order admin notification email.
So it can be personalized as you want, you can take a content similar to the order creation notification one.

Another solution is to add a recipient to the order creation notification email to send it too to the admin.
