categories in main menu drop down?

Hello all

I am a complete noob when it comes to HikaShop, i do however have knowledge in other joomla based e-comm components but none can hold a candle to HikaShop from what i have seen so far.

Ok down to my issue which im pretty sure is really simple to resolve, How would i go about adding the categories to my sites main menu. I currently have had to create the menu items from scratch and link them up but my client has over a 1000 products and loads of categories to add manually.

Your help would be greatly appreciated
