Stop forcing the user to log in

I need to allow users to buy from the shop without having to log in the second time.

If they choose to log in that is fine.

What do I need to edit /please

I don't understand what you need. Using the guest checkout allow to not be logged in to proceed to checkout.
Or register, and then they can simply log in the next time.
