Hi,

You have to create custom fields in the "order " table via the menu Display > Custom fields, this way the "additional informations" part will be displayed.

Hi,

The order custom fields are displayed in the checkout thanks to the step called "fields".
If this step element is not in your checkout workflow, the order custom fields won't be displayed to your customer.

Please check your checkout workflow configuration for that element.

Hello,
Can you activate the "Advanced checkout workflow edition" option of the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" and make sure that the "fields" action is correctly added on your checkout workflow ?
