Please understand that "up" messages are not useful and could have the opposite effect.
Your request needed time in order to perform the tests and the investigation ; and since we made some releases last week, we had a lot of messages to deal with.
So I spent some time to investigate the issue and applied a fix.
That fix should be include in a future HikaShop 3.2.1 package.
