Guest checkout change information

Hi,

That's indeed the point we've added in the release to fix the issue.
We've done tests on our end and that fix solved the issue for us.
If you still have the issue after using the 3.2.1 please provide a link to the shop, a backend access, a ftp access and precise instructions to reproduce the issue so that we can look into it.

I saw some activity in back-end and the issue seems to be fixed. Was it my template/settings or hikashop it self?

Hello,

Please understand that "up" messages are not useful and could have the opposite effect.
Your request needed time in order to perform the tests and the investigation ; and since we made some releases last week, we had a lot of messages to deal with.

So I spent some time to investigate the issue and applied a fix.
That fix should be include in a future HikaShop 3.2.1 package.

Hi,

So i still have some issues with guest information behivour in checkout and not sure how can this be solved. The issue is like this.

I have 2 shipping methods. One is restricted to one country and other is restriced to shipping zone ( in this zone i have 51 countries ).
After selecting country from that shipping zone, pressing any next button, guest information first saves and then you need to press next button again to go to the next checkout step. Not user friendly....

If shipping method is restricted to one country only all works fine. A work around would be to create shipping method for each country i ship. But with 51 country its to much...


Looking to have this. Restrict one shipping method to one country and restrict other shipping method to ALL other countries. Those no need to press next button twice. Is there any solution or can this new guest information feature to be improved somehow?

Since there are a lot of message in that thread ; it's difficult to keep the track and the subject of the issue already changed some times.
So ; please create a new subject and provide details about your checkout workflow, information about the "mode" (legacy or not) and your HikaShop version number (Please note that I'm talking about the version number and not the build number).
