Error editor hikashop

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : ERROR message: The editor cannot be displayed because no editor plugin is published.
How can I fix? Thank you

I use hikashop essential updated to the latest version of joomla 3.10 and when I enter a product the editor does not appear but the following ERROR message: The editor cannot be displayed because no editor plugin is published.
How can I fix? Thank you

Hi,

Go in the HikaShop configuration and check the "HTML editor" setting under the Advanced tab.
Make sure you select there an editor which is enabled in the Joomla plugins manager and you should not have the error anymore.

Thank you so the editor appears but there is another problem it displays the source code of the page while I would like to see the preview in the editor. How do I do it?

Which editor are you using ?
Could you provide a screenshot of the product edit form ?

Also, can you check the "HTML editor" setting under the Advanced tab of the HikaShop configuration page ? Please make sure you select the HTML editor you want to use in there.
