pdf invoice plugin

Hi,

I just bought the pdf invoice plugin. I installed it, activated it, but when I place an order I don't get an invoice in my orderconfirmation. Is there something I overlook?
In addition, when I open de invoice in the backend this is a pdf I get. The margins are not right.

Hi,

You will get it in the order status notification email which is sent when the order is confirmed.
Your order must not have been confirmed and you must be looking at the order creation notification email which is sent when the order is created but not confirmed (not paid).

For the display issue, that's because the product is really long.
Please download again the plugin and install it again and that will fix the problem.

Again for your quick reply. The pdf width is fine now, but there's still no attachement in the order placed. The status is confirmed, but no pdf is sent. I tried it with status "created" too (new placed order), but the problem stays the same.

I don't see how that could be possible since it's working fine for everyone else.
Can you try to change the status of an order to confirmed and activate the user notification in the back end ?

That should add the invoice to the notification email.
If not, please do a screenshot of the email.

By "activate the user notification in the back end", you mean to send an email after changing the status from the backend as administrator? Or is there a plugin besides the "attach" plugin that I need to activate? Here's the screenshot of the email.

Yes, that's what I mean.

There is nothing to activate.


You have changed all your default order statuses and you missed something.
In the confirmed order status, you had an uppercase letter while the plugin will only send the invoice in the email with the order status "confirmed".
I've changed it to "confirmed" and it's working fine.

The possibility for the client to pay afterwards in the order overview in the clientsurrounding (Login) is not working anymore... When I change the order status back from "confirmed" to "Confirmed", then it's working again. I suppose there's something I did wrong but I don't now what it is?

I (temporarely) solved this by changing the status in the attachinvoice.php.

Yes, it must indeed be something that is caused by the fact that you changed the default order statuses.

I think that we'll lock the status name because it's really sensitive data and if you change it, it has to be changed in all the options of hikaShop and some stuff might not work properly.
Translation override is the way to go for such changes.

If you changed the plugin and it works for you then that's fine.
