Error sitemap urls

I'm not lacasetta.
I'm Giovanni the webmaster working for lacasetta.
I'm just using the account provided to me by my customer lacasetta

In the site of lacasetta, I have setting SEF to ON (side Joomla system) and in Hikashop I have setting (in SEF url options):
- Simplified breadcrumbs: YES
- Remove products and categories id in URLs: YES
- Alias automatic filling: YES
- Force canonical URLs on listings: Use canonical URL if specified
- Automatic product keywords and metadescription filling: NO

I migrate Joomla from version 2.5 to 3.4.

When I run OSMap, my XML generates a file in Italian with links to products running. The problem comes when the links are in English.
In Italian the links are generated in the form:
www.lacasettabio.it/negozio-online/legum...is-di-legumi-offerta , [DOMAIN]/negozio-online/[categories]/prodotto/[TITLE]
In English:
www.lacasettabio.it/en/online-shop/legum...egumes-special-offer [DOMAIN]/negozio-online/[categories]/prodotto/[TITLE]

Italian in the link works , however in English the link does not work!

I setting for test, canonical URL, but url English generated not changed!

Same product name (but different language) is
(in italian) www.lacasettabio.it/negozio-online/legum...is-di-legumi-offerta
(in english) www.lacasettabio.it/en/online-shop/legum...is-di-legumi-offerta

I installed , as Hikashop requires , the component Falang.

Falang translate correctly shop, categories, but also the name of the product.
it is obvious that the name does not have to translate to do the redirect to the product in the correct language with OSMap.

How do I set Hikashop to indicate that OSMap must leave the name of the product unchanged in the link ?

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, as you wrote, it does not work yet. I added "canonicalurl" the relative path, the absolute path, only the name of the product, but without success (for any language). OSMap completely ignores the changes: always the links above.

Aliases might possibly help us in this task ? How ?
