Hi Nicolas.
I have installed the new version of the plugin.
I did an initial test by searching on Google and clicking on one of our pages.
GA4 does recognize the navigation on the URL, but when checking in real time and filtering by Source/Medium, it doesn’t recognize it. When looking at the user's first platform source, it shows 'not set.

Nicolas,
I’ve been running tests all morning.
GA4 recognizes web navigation and key events like checkout and purchase.
However, I haven’t been able (despite trying from several devices) to get it to assign the visit to Organic/Google or other search engines I’ve tested.
I assume there are other Hika users running Google Ads campaigns.
I’m very concerned about not knowing if my campaigns are working correctly.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Others don't seem to have the issue.
As I said, the plugin already passes all the data it is supposed to pass as far as I know and as far as I can read in the GA documentation. So I don't think there is anything else I can change in the code of the plugin to be able to change this behavior. The problem might be elsewhere, like in how the GA account is setup maybe ?
It would be great if someone from GA support could look at the situation on your GA account and your website in order to say what's the problem:
