Mass Action Documentation

I need to set up the Quickbooks mass action to trigger daily at 4am in the morning. How can I do this?

You can edit the desired entry in the table "#__hikashop_massaction", column "massaction_lasttime" and set the timestamp of the last 4am. that way the next mass action will be launched every days at 4am.

It is a part we have to improve, to make the setup easiest.

I spoke too soon. The report was generated a few minutes ago instead of at 4am. Attached is a screenshot. If you can confirm that this is the right setting, I would appreciate it. There are time elements in the drop down to the left of the field where I put the 4. If I need to set it to "HOUR", let me know.

Also, I would like to set this report to activate at midnight for the previous day. I assume the setting would be "0" zero. Can you also confirm this.

My bad, actually the system use one entry in the config table to get the last time the trigger has been executed.
So in your case, you have to edit the value of the config_namekey "massaction_last_trigger_days" in the #__hikashop_config" table and set the timestamp of the last day at 4am.

Which dropdown are you talking about ? (missing screenshot)

ps: be careful on the server date, maybe not the same timezone.

I don't see the specific variables you are using. This is what I see:

If I am in the right spot, please advise the variable to change and the exact munger to enter to set the time of the action to midnight.

If you search for "massaction_last_trigger_days" there is no results ?
If it is, you can create this entry and set the value.

If I want to use a third party cron service like EasyCron to run my mass actions, what do I need to put in the "URL to call" field. For AKEEBA Backup it looks like this:

website.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba&...XXXAUFHHxQAwMWdzril1

where the website name and the key have ben changed.
