Hi,

I have some products in the first page here: picante.com.pt/index/index.php/pt/

Those three are highlighted products (products of the week).

But I wanted to have more than 3 products and I wanted to have a module that could automatically change it.

Is there anything I can integrate to do that?

Thanks.

Best regards,
Pedro Lima

Hi,

You can go in the menu Display->Content modules and edit the module 130. There, you can increase the option "number of items" in order to display more items.

You would like to change it ? What do you mean ? Rotate them randomly ? In that case, you can activate the random option of the module.

Hi nicolas,

Thank you for the help but that's not my question.

What I mean is, check out this example: www.city-popup.pt/index

In the top, you see images sliding. That's what I want to do but with the products.

I want to have, let's say, some 5, 6, 7 or more products and having them sliding appearing for instance, like this:

ITEM1 ITEM2 ITEM3

Then it slide and appears:

ITEM2 ITEM3 ITEM4

Do you get the idea? :)

Thanks.

I see what you mean.
One solution might be to use the module slideshow feature of "Joomla Slideshow Module JEZ Arguo" :
www.joomlaez.com/joomla-modules/joomla-slideshow-module.html

You could create several HikaShop content modules to display a row of three products for each and then have these modules embedded in that slideshow module.
I didn't test the solution so I don't know if it will work though, it's just an idea...

Thank you nicolas, it surelly helped your suggestion. :)

Although as I'm using Joomla 1.6 I had to search for a different module as the one you showed me couldn't support 1.6 so I found this one: joomla.vargas.co.cr/index.php?option=com...icle&id=88&Itemid=51

Also, the effect isn't what I was looking for, you can see the final result here: picante.com.pt/index

But well, at least something is "moving" to catch the eye of the customers. :)
