Messages to backend

Hello, When you add the contact us for more information button next to the product discription page, the message is sent to the email address you specify. Is it possible to have the questions or communications to go to the Hikashop backend so you can see your orders, customers, and messages all on the same page. If that is not possible is there a way to view these messages anywhere on the backend. I ask this because it seems simpler to answer customers questions from the backend that to try to read the email questions. Similar to the way ebay does it on the back end. Thanks Ken
