UPS Shipping not avaible on Checkout

Hello,

I've been trying to set up UPS shipping for a while now but on the Checkout it is never avaible.

1) set up the payment mehtods and selected UPS Shipping on all of them
2) Published UPS Shipping mehtod
3) No zone restrictions made
4) set up the following settings (system and ups plugin): (see attachment)

Hello Ralf,

Did you also test it with others "Shipping services" like Trade Direct Air (ALL) for exemple ?

Yes, the AUSTRALIA POST plugin works fine. Just published it and it was visible (almost same settings, no zones declard)

Also, make sure that you set a weight AND dimensions in your products as UPS need them in order to calculate the shipping fees.

will test that. thought when the force shipping option is marked in the settings, that would be of no meaning.

The force shipping option is to activate the shipping selection. But then each shipping plugin which is triggered will have to generate its entries. The UPS server requires weight and dimensions. If not present it won't display any shipping methods and display an error message instead.
If you don't see it, it's probably because of your template:
