Hello, How can I add an empty cart icon before the words "YOUR SHOPPING CART IS EMPTY" in the cart module.
This is the website URL
www.kenzbargainebasement.com/
The cart is right in the middle of the page.
This is the address of the icon I'm trying to add:
www.kenzbargainebasement.com/images/icon...ty-carticon25x25.png
Thanks for all your help,
Ken

Hi,

You can use a translation override in order to add the HTML code of your image before that text.
More info on translation override here:

Wow, That worked perfectly. There is a lot you can do with Translate Overide.
Thanks Nicoles

Just wondering,

Depending on the state of the cart 'Empty' or 'Full' how would we assign different images like 'Empty Cart Picture', 'Full Cart Picture'
perhaps as a future Feature Request there could be options for something like this.. as it looks quite appealing to see nice (Custom) cart icons on store.. Business Edition of Course. :)

also was thinking about the whole Cart display.. would be awesome to have like a JavaScript pop in/out menu on the left/right/top or bottom of screen.. user definable.. which would popup the details/contents of the cart by clicking on like a tag (drop-down Menu) type setup.

I may look into creating something like this.. but am very rusty.. assumably all that is needed is a pop-out module with position and then insert the cart-module in-to it.. JQuery or Mootools Perhaps.

Cheers.

Well everyone wants different cart empty/full images, with different information, and different positioning.
So have options for that is quite complex as we can't cover all the cases.
The overrides of the translations offer an easy way to let users customize the display the way you want.
You can replace the text when the cart is empty with an image, but you can also activate the mini cart and replace the text of the mini cart when the cart is full to have an other image.

A cart popup module would be great indeed ! We're looking forward to what you would come up with ;)

Because it's a mini cart, so it displays the minimum.
