Paypal payment notification refused:invalid amount

Hi
Have the latest essential versions. Wondering why when I get a sale I always receive an Admin email with
the subject
"Paypal payment notification refused:invalid amount"

And the latest one had the first line of text as follows:

Hello,
A Paypal notification was refused because the amount received (50.58AUD) is different from the order amount (50.59AUD)

I have had a look at Paypal account and it is showing $50.58 with status pending.

Hi,

That's because PayPal does not round the prices, taxes, etc like HikaShop.

If you put back the 'send order details' option of the PayPal plugin to off, that will avoid the problem as PayPal will only process the total amount of the order and won't try to recalculate the amount from the products information.

Have turned that off - but would this create a Pending status in Paypal as that is what is showing after this transaction and its never happened before.

In PayPal ?
If there is a pending status for the transaction in PayPal, it means that it's an echeck payment which needs 1 week of clearance before being validated.
There is nothing we can do for that. It's a security measure in place on PayPal to avoid fraud.
