Limit exceeded

SOme of our customers gets an error 'limit exceeded'. They get products in their cart, but if they want to pay they get this error.


If we are doing similar they same at the telephone they get the error, we don't.

What can it be?

No. On all products the maximum is 'unlimited'.

Hi,

And have you set a limit ? (in the toolbar of the product listing page).
Is it happening when you set a certain address ? Or something like that ?

We gave no limits.

Some customers are callling that ordering is a problem. If we do at the phone exactly the same as they do, we can order and they get's an error.

Hi,

I made some tests and I can't reproduce your problem even if I put a lot of products in my cart.
I checked your configuration and all looks good.

Could you give us more details ?
Is it on a specific product ? With a "important" product quantity ? With a "important" number of articles in the cart ?
Does the message displayed when the product has been added or when the customer wanted to go to checkout ?

The problem was cookie confirm.

If visitors didn't accept the cookies, they get this error!
