Impossible de se connecter au serveur LDAP

Hello,

I am trying to figure out why my client get this error "Impossible de se connecter au serveur LDAP" when she is trying to place an order on our webshop
She is telling me that the password is correct.
I also saw that she is able to login. (I am using a realtime visitor tracker)

Hi,

We do not have any LDAP feature or plugin in HikaShop.
