Hi,

Wish you nice holidays!

I noticed your pagination uses JS unlike standard Joomla pagination. And it doesn't work on my website when I click on next page button. Please take a look www.replicaclothingco.com/en/men

Hi,

We do not use JS for pagination, we use a form with POST data.

Ok, but here is the code from your pagination (Men's section):

<a class="pagenav" title="2" onclick="javascript: document.adminForm_hikashop_category_information_menu_111_12_bottom.limitstart_hikashop_category_information_menu_111_12.value=12; document.adminForm_hikashop_category_information_menu_111_12_bottom.submit();return false;">2</a>

Obviously there is a JS code that somehow doesn't work when I click on a button.

The system properly goes to the second page.
The problem seems to come from something else actually. Without doing anything, on the first page of products, there are only 12 products displayed. However, the listing has a number of elements of 20. So it's strange that it displays only 12 elements and a second page, while all the elements should be on the first page. I suspect that it's why you think that it's not doing anything.
I remember that we fixed something related to the number of elements per page dropdown after the release of 2.0. You might not have the latest build of the 2.0 version. Please redownload HikaShop on our website and install it over your current version and that might actually fix the problem.

Hi, Nicolas.

Thanks for replying. But anyway it didn't work. I have had version 2.0, but anyway I re-installed HikaShop - same result. I have no idea, what may be a reason for this issue? If you need, I may provide you with admin access.

Rai

Hi,

Did you download the package again from our website when reinstalling (and not used the package that you already had used) ? Otherwise it could explain why it didn't change anything.

Otherwise, we would indeed need a backend access in order to look at the problem as we can't reproduce it on our end.

Yes, I did download the package again and reinstalled. So, how may I send you back-end credentials?

Hi,

The problem comes from the view override that you did to the listing_div view file:
www.replicaclothingco.com/administrator/...duct|listing_div.php

It is based on 1.5.8 and that's why the pagination doesn't work properly.
If you delete the override on the view listing, the pagination works fine.
So you'll have to save your changes, remove the override and apply again your changes to the new version of the listing_div view file.

Oh, thank you! That worked for me.
The really last thing I need to fix is cursor filter which is described here www.hikashop.com/en/forum/3-bug-report/7...t-working.html#84673 and nobody seems to answer :(
Please help me Nicolas if you can, cursor filter is really critical for e-shop.

PS. Credentials are the same. You may use them if needed.

Thank you,
Rai

Hello,

I also have a problem with pagination and I hope you can help me. Please, check this page here:
botavie.com.dedivirt73.your-server.de/in.../healthcare-products

The numbers of the pages and prev/next are not linkable. The pagination is working fine though with joomla articles listings.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you in advance,
Dora

Hello,

Even if you're using an old version of HikaShop ; the pagination do not looks like what we have and I think that your template is performing an override of it.
Afterwards please note that the pagination is working but it is just that your cursor do not change when you're hover the pagination items.
