How to change product listing order in store

How do I change the order in which my products list or show up in my store? I would think you go to the "Products" tab, then the "Products" sub-tab and change the order of the products there, but after making the changes, the second Sunday school book in the series still lists before the first one.

Any thoughts?

Try to change the ordering properties of your Menu.
Disable the option "random items" set "ordering direction" to "ascending"
