Hi

I have set both the order number and invoice number to be the following

HP-{order_id size="5"}

However when an order is placed the invoice number and order number both shows as HP-{order_id size="5"} instead of something like HP=00028

Help please :)

Hi there,

As said in our documentation: www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...nfig.html#main_order
You have to use something like: Hp-{id size="5"} :)

hi i have some question about invoice

1- Is there a specific format for order or invoice in france
2- why use the same value for order and invoice in france ?
3-is there specific recommandation about syntax / value for order and invoice in france
4-Does the raw natif ( not print html to pdf driver) output for invoice ? ( ie seem html , inline css only ?)
does it come only from this file path administrator\components\com_hikashop\views\order\tmpl\invoice.php
5-Does the file is the same even templates is different ?
menu -> component -> hikashop -> View icon
or
menu -> component -> hikashop -> display menu -> View submenu

6-is there a way to create custom invoice specific to each templates (only one ll be active) ? post
the css is only inside html tag ? ( not inline inside <style> or outside <link href="...fils.css">
7- How to custom the invoice content by adding for exemple background color, new fields , raster /svg images ...)
8-which issue could make me buy the extension hikashop invoice .
For which country /( Grance , EU , USA) does the default php file bundle with hikashop is suitable ( mandatory fields for fullfill the law )

Thank's
NB The new european /juridic law make configure a e-commerce CMS difficult !!

Hi,

1. No. It just have to follow a certain logic so that invoice numbers of subsequent invoices follow each others.

2. That's not necessarily the case.

3. Talk to you accountant about what he prefers you do. When you export your orders and give the CSV to him so that he can import the invoices in his software, it will matter to him which format you use.

4. I don't understand your question.

5. The original view file is the same. But you can configure it differently for different templates.

6. You can custom the view file per template. So even with the same HikaShop CSS, simply set different CSS classes in the view file and add both classes in your CSS code in the HikaShop CSS and one or the other will apply without the need of inline CSS.

7. Edit the view file via the Display>Views menu and set the CSS classes you want and then add your CSS in the CSS of HikaShop. How to edit a view file and how to edit the CSS is explained here:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...ize-the-display.html

8. We don't use it and our accountant sees no problem in what we do on our online shop, where we sell our products.
The HikaInvoice extension is great for Belgium and the Netherlands when you sell in the EU as you need to integrate with the MOSS system they use to declare EU VAT and HikaInvoice has an integration with that.
