So you have to reconfigure all HikaShop status in order to be sure that all options are right linked to the order statuses you've destroyed and then recreated.
It will be good to have some useful information in order to not be completely blind.
Like your HikaShop version number, your Joomla version number, some screenshot of your configuration or of the problem you are talking about.
If we are totally blind, we won't be able to help you because, we won't see or know anything.
