Order cancelled - email are not sended

Hello,
i've setted the system so that the customer can cancel his order.
It's ok, but the customer and admin is not receiving the cancellation notice.

Did I make something wrong?

Or is this function available or it's an funciotn valid only from backend?

Little note:

At the beginning Ive' messed up with categories, Ive canncelled everything.
Then i've rebuided the order status categories, but they have a different ID than the beginning.
Ive' recreated created,cancelled,shipped,refounded.....

Hi,

So you have to reconfigure all HikaShop status in order to be sure that all options are right linked to the order statuses you've destroyed and then recreated.

It will be good to have some useful information in order to not be completely blind.
Like your HikaShop version number, your Joomla version number, some screenshot of your configuration or of the problem you are talking about.
If we are totally blind, we won't be able to help you because, we won't see or know anything.
