Digital Good Not Found using Specify File Location

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.45
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : FF64
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : File does not exist error pop up.

I am adding a digital good for download using Specify File Location. For the file location, I entered:

media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/METU001100.zip <<-name of the file

However I am getting a File does not exist error. It was uploaded using FTP, so it is definitely there. Am I incorrectly entering the specific file location?

The file is too big to use the uploader.

As long as it is in the default location, no path is needed - only the file name?

Exactly.

By default HikaShop will look for the product files in his "secure" folder.
So you can put a relative path regarding the secure folder : otherwise you have to start the filepath with a "/" to indicate that you want to start from the Joomla root folder.
