You need to deactivate the display or strict errors in the php.ini configuration file of your server. You can find more explanation on that here:

It depends on your web server.

I can see that you're using xampp. So the php.ini should be located in the php folder of your xampp folder.

According to the xampp website there is only one file: \xampp\php\php.ini

You can't have twice the same file with the same name in one folder. Could you do a screenshot ?

It's neither of them. The php.ini must be called php.ini and not php.ini.production or php.ini.development.
Then, if you don't have that file in there it must be somewhere else.
Go there on your back end:
backend (administrator) -> help -> system info -> PHP Information Tab -> 6th block down -> Configuration File (php.ini) Path
will show you the path to the php.ini file in your installation.

Yes, it's that entry in the system info : Configuration File (php.ini)
That should give you a full path to your php.ini file that you need to edit to remove these messages.

Alternatively, there is also an option in the global configuration of joomla in the server settings. There, you will see ERROR REPORTING. Simply change the level in this dropdown so that it doesn't display the error messages.

Configuration File (php.ini) says in c window but under bring me foer the full street in the folder of xaamp PHP php.ini that u said was not good, however now i erased xaamp 174 and try with 173 so joomla is not visible now, i'm trying to give my best but i go so down. i let you know soon how go

i installed again xaamp, joomla, and hikashop.
i put down the error reporting in joomla, i selected none.
however i cant find a file php.ini, but again php ini development and ini production
i dont know how to do i get again a stric standard error message

I just installed xampp on my computer to check on where that php.ini file was.
I found it there : C:\xampp\php\php.ini
So If you installed it with the default settings, that's where you should see it too.
