Checkout workflow invalid. can't make changes

Please help!

I've just installed the HikaShop a new up to date Jommla 1.7 install. Absolutely no matter what I do, i can't get the config to save. It keeps telling me:

Checkout workflow invalid. The modification is ignored. I get this error in Safari and FireFox (both are newest versions), IE 9 on my VM will make the changes, but no browser on my Mac OSX Lion will work.

Hi,

That's a problem some other users have but we weren't able to reproduce it so far (for some reasons it works after some time). So we couldn't fix it.
Could you provide a back end access to your website so that we can have a look at the problem (via our contact form) ?

I tried on both safari and firefox on your website and it's working properly :/

Hi,

Since upgrading to Essential yesterday I am having the same issue with Chrome. I can't save anything from the System or Display tab. Everything else works fine.

I upgraded to Business today but I still have the same issues.

No problems if I use Firefox instead.

Since I changed my checkout workflow in Firefox I have not been getting any error messages but when saving in Chrome nothing gets saved.

Thanks for checking Nicolas. I cleared the cache and restarted my system and it is now working. Tried with Chrome and Firefox and all is good.

Just a quick update. I installed starter version. Then just bought Business version and have been using Firefox whole time. Cleared all cache in Firefox but that didnt fix this issue. Went into IE9 and it worked.

So i guess it is a cache thing in different browsers....

It's really a strange problem.
It has been reported on both firefox and chrome, but it doesn't happen all the time. For the Starter edition or the Business edition. And once you saved correctly on another browser it starts to work again.

Yeah seems quite strange. Even though my default browser is Firefox, i am happy to just use IE9 when having to change configuration settings. :)

For us it won't work when we save settings with IE. It always fails from Chrome

No, I am saying it works always from IE and never from Chrome.

No matter if we save the settings on IE and then try with Chrome, the latter won't work.

Even if we just visit the config page, make no changes and then click Apply, it will say "Your checkout workflow is empty. Checkout workflow invalid."
