No payment method founds

If a customer outside the US enters a non-US address, he receives the message "No payment method found" and so cannot complete the transaction, as he/she is not able to enter credit card details and pay for the purchase. Is there a setting within Hikashop that causes this to happen. Losing lots of sales this way.

Hi,
That's because in your payment plugin's options, you set the "zone" restriction option to the USA instead of not setting anything in it. In you remove the selection there, you won't have that problem.
