Wrong final total in cart

Hope someone can help tell me what is wrong I am getting the wrong final total on my cart page says amount is 78.06 but if i total the numbers the real amount being billed to customer is 102.49... not sure what to fix so the final total reflects correctly hope pic shows better than my explanation

ya know sometimes ya post a question and feel real dumb when ya figure out by unchecking auto select in checkout the otal works great when ya manually choose
