Registration Confirmation Email

When I create an account, it says "the confirmation email has been sent... "

But the confirmation email does not send, and the user cannot finish creating their account?

Any ideas how to fix this? (This is my first time using joomla and hiktashop to create an online shop. I will probably have more questions to come :blush: )

Hi,

The confirmation email is sent by joomla and your email server.
If you don't get it it's either because:

the email is in your spam box
the email is blocked by your email server (it can come from the encoding the server is using which is different than the one configured for emails in the configuration of HikaShop)
the email settings are not correct in the joomla configuration

For the last two possibilities, you should check the email settings (of joomla or hikashop) with your hosting company.
