Error 1064 at checkout

When I have added items to my cart and click the checkout button in the basket module, I get an error 1064.



Any ideas why this started happening?

In one of your shipping methods, you didn't specify valid warehouse information.
Either unpublish the shipping method or configure it correctly and you should not get the error anymore.
