[solved]Edit Address/Billing button, error popup!

Hi,
as in the subject...when, in the checkout, I click on the edit button or new button to edit the billing or shipping address, the popup shows html code instead the form (view the image attached).
Why? Where could be the problem?

Did you edited the form file, of your address view, of your front-end template through "Hikashop->Display->Views" ?

no, but yesterday I upgrade hikashop to essential...perhaps this changed something?

Ok, Can you :

1. re-download the Hikashop package and re-install it ?
2. Also if you still have the problem could you activate the debug mode of joomla, try it again, and tell me if you see an error message ?

did it..but the problem is still there...but changing the template the popup works...
do you have some advice to find the error code?
