Required fields (billing address) not being req'd

I have a custom checkout (that I inherited from a different developer) and it has required address fields for the user.

Occasionally we are getting some required fields that come through without being required (i.e. they come through on a completed order blank).

In testing, I can't seem to reproduce this at all.

I've searched around here can't can't find anything that might lead me where to check.

Any ideas where I might find something related to this?

We're using: HS 2.1.2
Joomla 2.5.11

1. Did you check that your custom fields were required or not through "Hikashp->Display->Custom fields" ? Can you show me a screenshot of that page ?

2. Can you give me a link to your website for testing purpose ?
