Moneris eSelect Plugin not working?

So first:
- Moneris has two different APIs based on whether your eselect account is a Canadian one or an American one (regardless of the currency). The plugin that we have in HikaShop is only for the Canadian API, so if you use an American account, it's normal that it doesn't work. Unfortunately, you never replied precisely on that point, aside of the currency of the accounts.

- If you have done the modification there ( www.hikashop.com/forum/payment-methods/8...rt=0&start=20#136133 ) and that you still don't see an error message, then it means that your template is not displaying error messages. So please make sure that it can display the error messages:

Then you should definitely see an error explaining the problem if it doesn't work.

Hi Nicolas,

We are a Canadian company and are setup with the Canadian eselect account.

I'll go through your documentation and see if figure out how to turn on the error messages. It might be difficult to do as it is a professional template.

I can't seem to get errors to display using this template of mine. I am going to setup a 2nd instance of Joomla using all default templates to see if I can get the error message to display.

I was wondering if you made any new progress with Moneris plugin. I am also working with a Canadian company that has an eselect account but the moneris plugin just doesn't want to go. I bought the business version of Hikashop just in case but the results are still the same. Let me know if you managed to get it working.

Sorry for the slow reply. Still haven't had any luck with the moneris plugin. Made all the changes Jerome asked for and still no luck. I noticed he offered to escalate the issue and help solve the problem which is great. I'd be happy to provide any FTP or backend access required.
