Hikashop Finish button does not work

Hi Again Nicolas,
I think I identified what causes the /step-1

If I add a product to the cart, proceed to checkout and just submit it. It goes just fine and displays the thanks you message.

BUT, if I adde the product, proceed to checkout, uncheck the 'Use the same address as for billing', select another address and try to submit. Then I get redirected to the top, the step-1 is added to the url and I have to press the finish button again.

Would you mind following this steps and see if you get the same problem?

Hi,

That's normal. There is a validation necessary in such case as the address change has the potential to change shipping/payment methods and thus the total amount.
That doesn't apply to you, but that's still the case.
If you don't want that, please turn back on the "auto submit payment and shipping methods selection" setting of the HikaShop configuration.

when i press the "finish" button in the checkout there doesn't happen anything for a while and then i get a message "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later. "

can somebody help me please?

Hello,

That topic is 2 year old so you might not have the same problem than the other users.
Best would be to create a new subject so you can provide your HikaShop verison number and some elements regarding your website, like an URL (that you can provide privately) and your settings (legacy checkout or not, etc).
