That solved it.

I'm now very curious as to how that got changed and will have to track it down here.

I have had one other site (about a year ago) that had similar problems, We ended up switching carts due to the problem (and some other reasons). I'm wondering if that was the case there also.

SO for anyone else who runs into this problem in the future, be sure that the unique function name is set to "plgaup_orderValidation".
