Where to set rate of altauserpoints and new currency ?

at the moment, my whole work stops here. You know, I bought the Hikashop and -market without using it. You could renew my subscription for, let´s say 4 month, afterwords I hope to be able to renew the subscription regularly. It would be a very kind kind of customer relationship management...I spent many time and used many of your time, but at the moment, it´s just for nothing....
