Unable to capture address from system

Hi,

My site's hikashop page is having trouble recognizing users' addresses. If users are already logged in, it asks for their billing address. If I click on create new billing address it just spins and comes back to the same page with the message "Message

Please create or select an address"

Not quite sure how to fix this.
