Shopping cart - No email confirm to continue

Hi

Im setting up a hika shop and would like to know if can i turn off the account activation so that a customer can register, fill in details, pay an order then activate his/her account at a later date?

Here is where we stand.

We purchased a copy of HikaShop business and have had numerous problem trying to get it to work. The web host don't seem know anything (iv given them ideas on what could be the problem but without a fix) so im applying to you guys at hikashop to help us get this up and running for us once and for all.

What we have done
1. The shop is in place (products, categories etc)
2. Trying to process an order and get numerous problems with this

Issues have come across
Firefox Issue - Click add to cart the cart refreshes but stays empty so you can place an order

Using Google Chrome - add to cart (works ok), user registration (email sent and registered works ok), when log back onto site to complete the order billing address doesnt show instead you have to add a new billing address if you do this a new one doesnt update not allowing you to progress to pay for the service.


Please please guys any ideas? We love the look on the Hikashop and all the work you have done we just want to get the site working

In an ideal world what we would like.....

1. User chooses package
2. Fills in personal details and Login information
3. Landlord activates account progresses to site
4. Fills in form about service information and uploads 4 pictures (information we need to complete the service)
5. User progresses to payment page accepts terms and conditions

Hi,

Please don't post the same questions on several threads.

If you don't want the activation, you can turn it off in the options of the joomla user manager.

For the cart refresh in firefox:

For the address being lost, you might have that problem:
