Daily Orders Report

I’ve had a look at the forum and I think I know what the answer is going to be....

Is there a way built into HikaShop to get a summary of orders e-mailed on a daily basis? For example, at 00:01 (1 minute past midnight), produce a report for all of yesterday’s orders and e-mail that report to a pre-determined address.

This concept could be expanded to Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually.

What you're asking for is currently not possible in Hikashop but we are working on a report tool which will be able to produce that kind of things soon!
This new feature will probably be available in the next Business version of Hikashop so you'll be able to enjoy listing and charts of daily sales (and many other things).

Are you able to provide an estimated time frame for when this reporting feature will be available?

I need to decide if I proceed with developing a customised reporting tool for my client by querying the SQL database or if I wait for the feature to be added to HikaShop’s functionality in some future release.

Will the new version be able to upgrade-in-place or will it require a fresh installation and reconfiguration of HikaShop?
