Coupon does not unload automatically

Hi

I'm using the business edition

In my case I have a coupon that Auto load in cart if a value is over 50'000yen.

But if the customer does adjust the cart at the end, (as example: take out one product) and the shopping value goes under 50'000yen then the coupon stays there!
Is there a way to change that?

The other way around, if someone adds one product in the end of the checkout (in the cart) and the value goes over 50'000yen, then the coupon adds automatically, and that's great.

We tried to reproduce the problem on our end but it's working fine.
Can you give a link to that website with a test coupon code so that we can see the problem ?

Hi

Your right the coupon get away. Strange as I tried this many times before reporting.

But I have an other problem. When the coupon is added and then something changes in the cart and the value goes under the 50'000yen then the system leaves the window "cart" and the message "cart is empty" shows and need to do the check out process again. see the photo that shows the cart is empty but there are articles in the cart (shown left).




If the value is under 50'0000yen and the articles changes then window "cart" just get updated and stays, the same if the value is always over 50'000yen and product changes then the window "cart" gets updated and stays. Is this maybe just a set up problem?

My shop is not online now I'll send you the access by mail.

Have you tried to unload the coupon on my site?

I put it online for you:
here the address: www.shop.epower.jp

just add wine bottles up to 50'000JPY, then the coupon will loads automatically into the cart. After take one bottle away, so that the value goes under 50'000JPY. You will see that the cart window reloads and the message the cart is empty shows up! Even there are still bottles in the cart.

Hi,

You can remove the lines:
$this->setRedirect( $this->redirect_url,JText::_('CART_EMPTY'));
$this->redirect();
in the file components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php in order to avoid the problem. However, I'm still not sure as to why you have that problem.
That would require a FTP access in order to debug the issue to really understand why you have that problem since we don't have it on our end.

I tried to remove the lines: and it worked. But now I updated to Hikashop 2.0 and I have the same problem.
There is no line that fits your description anymore. Can you tell me which line I have to delete in Hikashop 2.0?

Hi yes it is true!

I had to be blind when looking for that line.....

But I can tell you that I did set up one more shop in one other domain and there was the same mistake....
Anyway, it worked out well now.
