404 error- component not found!!! (HELP!!!!)

HI all!

I recently took up this job as a web designer and the company I work for uses Joomla with the Hikashop plugin for our online store. I used to be able to access the backend of the Hikashop just fine but recently an error report keeps popping up when I try to get in. I'm not sure why since I've done nothing except change the web icons... Does anyone know why 404 errors occur? how can I resolve this issue? I've been trying to find an answer for a while now and have found nothing! So if anyone can provide me any info that be great!!!! Thanks in advance.

Do you have changed something else ? For example the name or a menu in the translation file or something in the database ?

Have you tried to reinstal HikaShop ?

I have the same thing now. I get
404 Component not found
Whenever I try to load the component from the back end or front end.

Please help. I tried to reinstall it, and it still shows that error after. We have not changed any translation files and have not manually gone into the database.

Nevermind. I upgraded Hikashop and there were 2 version in the extension manager. All is good
