CART ADDRESS BUG WITH 2.1 UPGRADE

Hi,
After upgrading to the 2.1 I am having a couple issues. The main one is i cannot advance past the address field in the checkout process. I just get a white screen or an error depending on which browser I am on. Here is the error message with the debug on

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 86 bytes) in /home/p/prm-atv/public_html/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysqli.php on line 498

Here is a link to a product page. Click "add to cart", then click proceed, then next.

If I log in with an account I can click the shipping, or payment option of the progress bar and advance through with a shipping charge and everything, but when the address tab is selected, I get the same error.

I also have an issue with the options, and not being redirected to the checkout after a product is added to cart even though that is chosen in configuration. I have not been able to work through those because of the cart issue though. Please help! We are completely down.
