This morning suddenly getting 'Paypal notification was refused' errors
Some transactions getting up to 5 of these before it finally goes through and sends "payment completed"
Checked with hosting provider and no changes have been made to their configurations that could cause it.
Anybody elese having these problems this morning? Is it a Paypal issue - can't seem to find any service reports mentioning it.
Now working correctly -looks like it was a Paypal issue that has now been fixed
