-- PHP version -- : 5.3.3-7+squeeze17
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : whatever
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1447081 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/XXXXXX/XXX/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/spreadsheet.php on line 135

Configuration:
Joomla: 2.5.9
Hikashop: 2.1.1
Hikamarket: 1.1.2

Hi,

If you read the error message, you will see that it's a memory problem.
I guess that you are trying to export a important quantity of data and it overpass your memory limit.

Hi,

By selecting the orders (check the checkboxes).
You can also use the date filters at the top right of the page. It will restrict the number of order listed (and exported).

hi,

I tried to do so!

but the file export (csv) is always complete with all the data :-(

Hi,

You can probably try to use the massactions via the menu System > Mass actions.
Then select the data "order", you can filter to export only the desired orders and select the fields to export.

If you have again a memory limit, then you can add a filter to limit the number of orders exported.
