Display a Report on the front-end?

Is there a way to display a specific report to a specific user/user group, preferably on the front end? Can I create a custom module with some simple PHP code that might get me that? Has anyone tried to do this?

No there is no easy way to do that.
HikaMarket has some reporting available reporting (different from the reporting system of the backend but useful for vendors) so maybe it could help based on what kind of report you need on the frontend.
